Kootai KT-7176 is an advanced aqueous stencil cleaner formulated using deionized water, specialized surfactants, and additives to safely and effectively remove solder paste residues. Suitable for inline spray, ultrasonic, or manual wipe cleaning, it penetrates fine-pitch and micro-aperture stencils to prevent bridging and reduce solder defects.
It is non-volatile, non-flammable, and does not require explosion-proof measures during use. KT-7176 dries quickly and leaves no residue, ensuring consistent printing quality. Its low VOC content, long service life, and RoHS/REACH compliance make it a sustainable solution for modern SMT production environments.
