Product Description
SK-7200EP-AB is a three-proof adhesive designed for PCB protection in harsh environments. It forms a dense, flexible protective film that insulates against moisture, salt spray, and fungal attack. Engineered with multi-component copolymer resins, it features excellent adhesion, ultra-low water absorption, and resilience to environmental stress. The cured film resists oil, alkali, UV, ozone, thermal shock, and vibration, extending device lifespan and allowing for denser, more compact circuit designs. The formula is low-odor, benzene-free, RoHS-compliant, and optimized for safe, high-efficiency production.

FAQs
Q1: What does three-proof mean?
A: Moisture-proof, salt-spray-proof, and mildew-resistant - plus added resistance to temperature shocks, aging, and corrosion.
Q2: Is the product safe and eco-friendly?
A: Yes. Its free of benzene, toluene, xylene, and acetone, and meets RoHS 2.0 and REACH standards.
Q3: How long does it take to dry?
A: Surface dry in 15 minutes at 25C, full curing within 3 hours, with mechanical hardening after 168 hours.
Q4: Does it require primer or pretreatment?
A: No primer is needed for most boards, though surfaces should be clean and dry for optimal results.
Q5: How is it applied?
A: Brush, dip, or spray application is supported. Ensure uniform coating thickness and use protective equipment during handling.
