Product Description

Kootai 9910 is a thermally conductive silicone-based grease engineered for heat dissipation between electronic components and heat sinks. With excellent electrical insulation (volume resistivity: 3.010 cm) and dielectric strength of 22 kV/mm, it provides robust protection for ICs, CPUs, MOSFETs, and similar devices.
Its low oil bleed (<1%), low volatility (0.2%), and stable cone penetration (180210 mm) ensure long-term reliability under thermal cycling. This RoHS- and REACH-compliant compound is lead-free, odor-free, non-toxic, and compatible with CPUs, LEDs, telecom devices, and laptops.

Industrial Application

  • Heat transfer interface for CPUs, ICs, MOSFETs
  • - Thermal conductivity enhancement in laptops, LED modules, and power supplies
  • - Heat sink coupling for LCD TVs and wireless devices
  • - Thermal management in telecommunication and multimedia equipment

Features

  • - High thermal conductivity: 1.0 W/mK
  • - Wide temperature range: -50C to +200C
  • - Outstanding dielectric performance: 22 kV/mm
  • - Low oil bleed and low evaporation loss
  • - Non-toxic, RoHS and REACH compliant
  • - Ready-to-use grease, no mixing or curing required
  • - Available in multiple packaging options (100g, 200g, 1kg)
