Product Description
Kootai 9910 is a thermally conductive silicone-based grease engineered for heat dissipation between electronic components and heat sinks. With excellent electrical insulation (volume resistivity: 3.010 cm) and dielectric strength of 22 kV/mm, it provides robust protection for ICs, CPUs, MOSFETs, and similar devices.
Its low oil bleed (<1%), low volatility (0.2%), and stable cone penetration (180210 mm) ensure long-term reliability under thermal cycling. This RoHS- and REACH-compliant compound is lead-free, odor-free, non-toxic, and compatible with CPUs, LEDs, telecom devices, and laptops.
